Custom Bridal Services

I have years of experience fitting brides and people of all shapes and sizes. Everyone has an attribute to accentuate! Everyone also has something they want to downplay. Believe me no one is totally satisfied with their body and everyone has something to highlight! I treat all my customers with utmost sensitivity.  Lets have fun and celebrate your getting married. I have had brides say to me, " I never thought I could get just what I wanted. I love my wedding dress so much!"

 I make alterations from a hem to remaking a dress. I create wedding veils and headpieces. I design beautiful wedding dresses and custom wedding gowns.  Dresses have details of lace, trim and beading to bring out the beauty in you.

What to Expect

When you call we set up an initial consultation. We look at pictures together and get an idea of what you want, and how much it will cost. If you decide to work with me you make a deposit and I take your measurements. (Payments are often broken up into 3 installments - see Pricing)

1. We make an appointment for you to have a fitting out of muslin (not the actual dress fabric). You choose the fabric yourself, or I will assist you.
2. I make the dress and we have another appointment to do a fitting of the partially made dress out of the actual fabric.
3. A final fitting is set up and you come with the shoes and undergarments you will wear on your wedding day. I set the length and we arrange the pick-up date.
4. You make your final payment, pick up your dress and then .... You get married! 

About Andrea

I have been designing and sewing wedding gowns and costumes for 25 years. Having worked with Boston Ballet, Huntington Theater, and Boston Conservatory, I have fit hundreds of people - brides, actresses and dancers - into clothing and costumes. My Bachelor of Fine Arts is from Massachusetts College of Art, but I have been designing clothes since I got my first Barbie Doll.
